In this section, we described the procedure for taking action in the event of an insurance event, as well as a list of documents that must be submitted to the insurance company in order to receive a decision on the payment of compensation

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  1. Inform us, within 2 hours, about the occurrence of an insured event by any of these numbers
    • 0 800 501 513 (free of charge on the territory of Ukraine).
    • 470 (short mobile number, call-back).
    • +38 (044) 247 44 77 (for calls from abroad).
  2. If there are injuries as a result of the incident, call an ambulance and the police.
  3. Stay at the scene if the insurer has sent you an emergency commissioner.
  4. Follow the instructions received from our Call-Center specialist.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED?

Documents required for payment of insurance compensation from the Insured:

  • Notification of insurance event.
  • Application for payment.
  • Your insurance contract.
  • Passport and ITN (for legal entities - certificate of state registration and certificate of inclusion in EDRPOU).
  • Technical passport.
  • Driver's license or certificate of its withdrawal.
  • Service station account, if you selected the corresponding option when concluding the contract.
  • Certificates from the Police or the State Emergency Service confirming the fact and circumstances of the incident.
